Abstract Submissions

Submission Instructions

  • All abstracts must follow the ICHR-26 Abstract Template (Word format .doc or .docx).

  • Abstracts must be 250–300 words, written in a single paragraph (no subheadings, bullets, or references).

  • Include Title, Authors, Affiliations, Background & Objectives, Methodology, Results, and Conclusion.

  • Provide 3–5 keywords at the end of your abstract.

  • Submit your abstract and biography together in one Word file.

  • Abstracts not following the required format or exceeding the word limit will be rejected.

  • Each submission will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

  • Notification of acceptance (Oral, Poster, or Rapid Fire) will be sent via email.

  • Presenters must register for the conference after acceptance to confirm inclusion in the program.

  • Deadline for submission: December 31, 2025
